About Yasser
Yasser S. Al Manaseer is a senior executive and business advisor with 35+ years of experienceacross fuel retail, oil & gas, industrial operations, and energy. His expertise covers the establishment, operation, governance, and expansion of fuel retail businesses, petroleum derivatives storage and import, fuel logistics, LPG/CNG/LNG, solar energy, and EV charging.
As Managing Director of Manaseer Oil & Gas, he established the business from inception and helped scale it to approximately 160 stations, 3,300 employees, and more than JOD 1 billion in annual sales. His responsibilities covered strategy, regulatory approvals, organizational development, fuel procurement and imports, storage, transportation, station development, financial management, HSE, and multi-site operations.
He also held senior board and executive positions across Manaseer Group, Afaq Energy Company, and Aqaba Chemicals Storage Company, providing extensive experience in corporate governance, investment oversight, petroleum storage, solar energy, and EV charging.
