Rana leads MARAS’’s Economic Development & Market Expansion units, with over 10 years’ experience designing and delivering complex programmes and developing FDI strategies and attraction programmes. She has a sector expertise in economic development, and functional expertise in setting up and running large programme offices, providing the rigour and controls that support functional experts in their delivery whilst also providing assurance to senior leadership. She has extensive experience in conducting in-depth, evidence-driven analysis across a range of investment topics. He has a breadth of geographical expertise, having worked in the Middle East, Europe and Africa, and always strives to take international best practice and adapt it to local context.
